Job Description
We're looking for a customer service-driven individual with a passion for resolving customer issues, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow with the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail, and enjoys solving problems.
Working Arrangement:
This role is office-based for the first 6 months to support onboarding, training and ramp-up. Upon successful integration into the role, the arrangement will transition to a hybrid model.
