As a Customer Support, you will serve and handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally, Provide high-quality support via Live Chat and Email.
📅 Start Date: 13 July 2026
🕒 Work Arrangement: Full-time, On-site, Shift-based
Requirements:
✅If you hold an SMA/SMK degree, prior experience as a Customer Service representative in a BPO environment is REQUIRED (Non-BPO experience will not be considered).
✅ Fresh graduates from Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree are welcome!
✅ Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
✅ Willing to work shifts and on-site in Yogyakarta
✅ Currently based in Yogyakarta (preferred)
✅ Available to join on 13 July 2026
