Customer Service Executive – Insurance Sector

Requirements
- Experience in the insurance industry
- AML & claims handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Support policy-related queries, renewals, endorsements, and claims updates
- Process and coordinate insurance claims documentation
- Perform AML checks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Verify customer documents and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
