Job Description
SIKA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service Executive reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The role focuses on coordinating sales activities, incoming orders, deliveries, and collaboration with Production and Delivery teams.
You will process credit/debit notes, coordinate for deliveries with transporters, perform reception duties at lunch on a rotating basis, and assist the Customer Service Manager with ad-hoc tasks and issue resolution as needed.
