About the Role
The person is responsible to handle client coordination, documentation of government requirements and monitoring of shipments.
Key Accountabilities
- Booking management, handling, monitoring, and updating to customer.
- Handling of day-to-day bookings (import/export/customs clearance, local transfers, domestic/inter-island and triangular), updates, and monitoring of shipments from point of departure until arrival at destination.
- Monitors the execution of shipments.
- Coordinate to DP World vendors (carriers, co-loaders, brokers, trucking team).
- Monitor on time return of containers (empty) for import.
- On time sending of pre alerts
- Filling of manifest (inbound shipments)
