Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, the Customer Care Associate II for Web Orders role requires someone who is motivated, experienced, and confident in their ability to deliver results. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering outcomes. The Customer Care Associate II builds upon foundational responsibilities by independently handling more complex inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and demonstrating sound judgment and ownership.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Process and manage customer orders, monitoring progress to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Provide proactive communication to customers, branches, and vendors while supporting customer order reporting needs.
