Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00AM - 6:00PM

• Handling digital communication enquiries from customers
• Providing customer support and resolving enquiries promptly
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up
• Processing and maintaining accurate records
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

• Minimum Diploma or GCE A-Levels
• Insurance knowledge or GI Certification
