15 hours per week, across Monday - Sunday

£12,118.81, plus benefits

Responsibilities

• Make customer reservations by telephone, email and in person.
• Assist with check‑in and boarding passengers.
• Deliver excellent customer service following standards and Health, Safety and Environment policy.
• Use phone and computer system confidently.
• Take initiative and ownership; support personal development and uphold company's values.
