As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor , you’ll blend exceptional service with commercial awareness — using your listening skills, attention to detail, and natural rapport‑building abilities to guide customers smoothly through the start of their home‑moving journey and introduce them to the conveyancing support they’ll need.

Responsibilities

• Calling warm leads to customers who need a conveyancing service and selling the benefits of Simplify’s market‑leading service and our associated ID service.
• Guiding clients through the process and starting them on their journey.
