This role offers the opportunity to work primarily remotely, with initial training provided in office in London .

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support the service operation by handling customer enquiries and requests across chat, email, and calls using Customer Service platforms (Shopify & Zendesk). Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations while adhering to internal policies and processes.
