We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join a leading Financial Services client in Manchester city centre.This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and enjoys building relationships with new customers every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a high volume of inbound calls
Dealing with complex queries and complaints
Building relationships with customers every day
Taking ownership of each personal call or query
Managing multiple tasks
