Job Description
Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator based in Walkden.
* Role: Customer Service Administrator
* Location: Walkden, fully office based
* Salary: 26k – 30k (DOE)
* Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with availability to work half day Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)
Responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email.
* Preparing and processing customer quotations.
* Greeting customers visiting the showroom/site and providing excellent customer service.
* Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.
* Processing orders accurately using internal systems.
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met.
* Developing a strong knowledge of the company’s products, systems, business and processes.
