Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Redditch

Hours: 25 hours per week (Wednesday–Friday, 07:00–15:30)

Salary: £28,040

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

* Processing and managing orders on internal systems

* Tracking jobs and keeping customers updated on progress

* Liaising with carriers, subcontractors, warehouse, and internal departments

* Managing documentation including PODs, purchase orders, and job files

* Supporting accurate and timely invoicing by ensuring job completion and system updates

* Handling customer queries, complaints, and invoice issues

* Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and system data
