Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import and export shipments from start to finish.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and other freight documentation.
Liaise with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents.
Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.
Arrange bookings and coordinate deliveries and collections.
Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
Resolve shipment issues and support customers with enquiries.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
