About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 30 hours, working 5 days out of 7 days
As a Stock Administrator, you’ll ensure stock integrity, assist with financial processes, and provide excellent customer service when required. You’ll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers have access to the products they need. Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring stock file integrity
- Processing goods received paperwork and resolving invoice queries
- Managing goods out paperwork, including transfers and courier arrangements
- Administering goods returns and tracking supplier credit claims
