Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a data-driven, creative and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist (Interim) to join our E-Commerce team at our Barcelona HQ. This is a temporary position designed to support our E-Commerce team during a transitional period. The role is key to optimizing the consumer journey and strengthening long-term relationships with our customers across multiple digital channels. You will play a critical role in increasing customer loyalty, driving repeat purchases and maximizing customer lifetime value through CRM and retention strategies.
