In this r position, you will manage complex client situations , escalations , and regulatory challenges across the client base, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and solution-oriented support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle complex client cases and escalations across the client base.
• Lead and manage difficult client interactions and negotiations, particularly in sensitive or high-risk situations.
• Ensure consistency and quality in client communication, aligned with service scope and internal standards.
