Job Title: Customer Quality Excellence Specialist
Location: Germantown, WI

As a **Customer Quality Excellence Specialist** , you will be managing quality client´s requests worldwide through an internal informatic tool (Cristal). You'll be supported by our incredible Quality Assurance team as well as work proactively with partners like Regulatory, Quality Control, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Operations. The operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle quality Cristal requests for the different manufacturing sites globally (FCI and US) within the committed due date.
• Provide Cristal support to the Quality Assurance team in handling response to client’s requests and harmonize sites’ responses and templates regarding FAQs/statements.

• Maintain accuracy of quality data in the internal base.
