Territory Management: Oversee a customer sales territory in partnership with Sales and Account Managers, focusing on financial services products for French customers
Client Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, functionalities, data, pricing, exchange permissions, and issue resolution
Contract Administration: Draft, process, and manage customer contracts within the financial customer information system
Billing & Financial Oversight: Initiate invoicing processes and monitor dunning procedures and accruals to ensure financial accuracy
Project Coordination: Manage product and data entitlements, and plan, coordinate, and track customer and sales-related projects from initiation to completion
