Job Description

Main responsibilities 
Owns operational master data management, including data creation and maintenance, mainly in SAP ERP and other relevant systems
Manages and creates master data for all products in SAP/M2 and other systems, ensuring timely product launches and accurate updates
Maintains material and pricing master data, ensuring compliance with corporate, SOX, and GDP standards
Conducts GDP Bona Fide checks on all customers as part of the account creation process and performs regular checks on MHRA lists for revoked licenses
Manages CD import licenses accurately and on time to prevent supply issues
Coordinates with neighboring functions to optimize lead time for critical master data updates
Ensures data quality in systems, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the company’s data backbone for future growth
