Job Description
As a Customer Marketing Manager at OCBC, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will be responsible for best‑in‑class marketing campaigns across key financial banking products – Cards, Usage and Unsecured Loans.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and preferences. You will work closely with our data analytics team to gain insights into customer behavior and develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive results. You will also need to collaborate with product teams and agency partners to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business objectives.
