About the Role:

As a Customer Journey Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Trade Surveillance remediation and change initiatives within the Markets Platform. Your mission? To own and enhance the end-to-end surveillance journeys, translating regulatory, risk, and delivery outcomes into prioritised, actionable work.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Trade Surveillance Journey:

  • Maintain the entire Trade Surveillance journey, encompassing trading activities, data quality, alert generation, and investigation outcomes.
  • Craft and maintain journey maps, process flows, and narratives that connect business intent with technical implementation.
