Job Description
Description We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a member-focused financial institution. This contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent is ideal for someone who enjoys combining personalized service, transaction support, and solution-based conversations to help customers reach their financial goals. In this part-time role, you will serve members across in-person and other communication channels while contributing to a welcoming and efficient branch experience. The position includes four weeks of paid training on a permanent schedule and requires availability every Saturday.
