Job Description
Your role
- Provide operations and admin support to the Service Department in the execution of marketing strategies
- Prepare details and research customer cases to support senior Customer Relations team members
- Monitor the progress of different customer installation and servicing projects
- Coordinate with other departments, external providers, and suppliers about customers and brands being handled
About you
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Highly experienced in using Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Analytical and has strong attention to detail
- Results-driven and a team player
