A leading Education Group is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Client Experience Manager to drive parent and student satisfaction, retention, and customer experience across multiple campuses.
This role will focus on improving the end-to-end customer journey, analysing customer feedback and retention trends, influencing operational improvements, and partnering with campus leadership teams to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for students and parents.
