Job Description
Lead customer satisfaction as a Customer Experience Manager at Permacon, focusing on Ontario’s Southwestern region. Guide a dedicated team towards superior service delivery and operational excellence.
Permacon is seeking a Customer Experience Manager at the Milton Office to oversee a team of Coordinators and Representatives across several Ontario locations. You will drive the development and execution of Sales policies and ensure an outstanding customer experience while collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Customer Experience team
• Supervise and support three Coordinators and ten team members
• Implement effective sales policies and procedures
• Foster relationships across sales, production, and planning
• Manage service quality in logistics and order taking
Requirements:
• College diploma in business administration or equivalent
• 5 years of Customer Service, 3 years supervisory
