Customer Experience Executive

SPH Media is looking for a Customer Executive in Singapore responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers across multiple platforms. This role involves managing inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of customer service experience and possess exceptional communication skills. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Zendesk are preferred. The position entails working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend hours.
