Responsibilities
- Installs, repairs and maintains hardware of ATM’s and related devices.
- Produces and maintains equipment performance/activity reports and installs modifications.
- Provides multi‑vendor maintenance.
- Maintains day‑to‑day customer relationships; updates customers on equipment modifications; escalates issues.
- Diagnoses problems based on information provided in assigned calls and works with customers to determine all issues at the site.
