Shape customer success as the Customer Education Manager at MaintainX. This pivotal role focuses on designing educational content, authoring courses and videos for MaintainX Academy while collaborating with various teams.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Education and maintain educational resources for customers. Your responsibilities involve developing curriculum standards, conducting audience research, and implementing the ADDIE and SAM models for effective training content. Collaboration with the Client Success, Product, and Marketing teams is essential to ensure the content meets customers' needs and drives impactful outcomes.
