• Contribute to ensure our hosted environment runs smoothly and grows with the needs of a fast-developing, international organization with 24/7 operations.
• Implement, maintain and deploy customer applications and support technical complex deployments.
• Provide excellent customer support, requiring planning, communication, and technical skills.
• Assist the team in day-to-day operations.
• Analyze and resolve customer incidents, which may occur outside office hours or during weekends.
