Customer Contract Manager - Offshore Wind

Job Description Summary

The Customer Contract Manager – Offshore wind will have a focus on Warranty and Commercial topics and is responsible for the commercial and contractual management of warranty, claims, and related matters across GE Vernova’s Offshore Wind supply and operations projects. This role protects GE Vernova’s contractual entitlements, reduces commercial exposure across Service Warranty Agreements (SWAs) and Turbine Supply Agreements (TSAs), and supports Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) development. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to strengthen GE Vernova’s risk position, preserve margin, and support long‑term customer relationships.
