Job Description

Shopee Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service representative to handle inquiries via Live chat, inbound/outbound calls, and email, resolving standard L1 queries about product info and status checks, following strict SOPs.

You will escalate to L2/L3 with documentation, log tickets, meet SLA targets, and ensure data privacy compliance. Requires 1–2 years CS/BPO, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
