Main activities

• Responsible for processing customer orders, including receiving and confirming purchase orders (POs).
• Accurately enters PO information into the SAP system, following established procedures.
• Coordinates with the Logistics Department for shipments from local inventory and with Headquarters for direct shipments from China.
• Manages customs clearance for direct shipments from China.
• Provides timely updates to customers regarding shipment status through to delivery.
• Responds promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring full resolution.
• Tracks customer complaints and follows up to ensure satisfactory settlement.
• Supports additional projects and initiatives as required.
