Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer support tickets via email, phone, and support platforms.
Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers using Kasava dashcams and related services.
Troubleshoot customer issues and gather relevant information for technical investigations.
Work closely with the engineering and technical support teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.
Escalate complex technical problems where necessary and track progress through to completion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to help improve products and processes.
Assist with customer onboarding and basic product training when required.
