  • Act as first point of contact for customers (phone, email, chat)

  • Manage and process customer orders from start to delivery

  • Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery

  • Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners on order changes

  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and supplier data
