Job Description
- Act as first point of contact for customers (phone, email, chat)
- Manage and process customer orders from start to delivery
- Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners on order changes
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and supplier data
- Check stock levels and align with warehouse availability
- Prepare and validate sales invoices
- Work closely with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams
- Communicate with suppliers to arrange orders and deliveries
- Execute daily supply chain and operational activities
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
