Job Description
Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) in Dubai seeks a Call Center & Customer Service Agent to join our Consumer Team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, process service requests, and provide updates on order status and delivery tracking.
