We’re Looking For
A passionate Customer Care Officer to be the welcoming face of our Stockland shopping centre, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences. Based in Forster, this is a permanent part-time role working Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with the flexibility to cover staff leave as required.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact at the Customer Care desk, delivering friendly and solutions focused support

  • Support the Centre Management team with initiatives, activations and marketing campaigns

  • Manage customer enquiries & feedback with professionalism and care.
