We are currently looking for a Customer Care & Events Management Specialist to join our Services team at our training center in the shipbuilding sector . Main Responsibilities Provide support in Customer Care and Events Management at our client’s center. Manage documentation across different platforms and for various attendee profiles Prepare monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for the area coordinator Deliver relevant documentation to customers Use client IT tools for planning and information update processes Manage purchase orders for service providers such as car rental and catering companies Coordinate bookings for rental cars, catering services, and plane/train tickets Provide logistics support as required ️ Required Skills High level of English, both written and spoken ( C1 preferred ) Strong knowledge of documentation management and filing process...
