Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • You are the primary contact for customers for all current affairs: offers back orders questions about invoices complaints.
  • You observe customer challenges and are solution driven.
  • You collaborate and communicate constructively with all departments within TVH and stimulate colleagues from other departments to work together on a high customer satisfaction.
  • You signal and report about bottlenecks within the assigned processes.
  • You register and administrate client information documentation complaints and signals in the relevant systems in order to have an accurate and complete insight in status of clients.

How to succeed / your profile:

  • You have about 2-3 years experience in a customer oriented job.
  • You have parts sales experience and/or a relevant technical knowledge.
  • You are fluent in English and Arabic.
