Customer Banking Specialist - Lake Grace (FT or PT)

Exciting opportunity to work at our Lake Grace branch as a Customer Banking Specialist!

We have three rosters we can support for this role:

Roster 1 (26 hours/week)

• Monday, Thursday and Friday: 9.15am – 5.00pm

• Tuesday and Wednesday: 9.15am – 1.15pm

Roster 2 (14 hours/week)

• Monday and Wednesday: 9.15am - 5.00pm

Roster 3 (Full time - 38 hours/week)

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.51pm

What is a Multi-Channel Branch?

• Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.

• Monday and Wednesday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
