About You
We are looking for a reliable Customer Account Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This is a M-F onsite position.
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain orders and quotes.
Respond to Customer Service calls.
Answer customer inquiries.
Enter sample requests.
Check status of items on backorder through the system.
Contact customers with status of backorders.
Process MSDS, literature and other customer requests.
Oversee and update special pricing in system.
Enter and track all Repair and Rental orders.
Expedite orders as requested.
Enter new customer data in the computer system.
Work with other departments to assist in generating the best customer experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service to the customers by responding to each request in a timely and courteous manner.
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with customers.
