Custodial Superintendent

MAJOR FUNCTION

:  The Custodial Superintendent position is located on the Florida Public Safety Institute in Quincy, FL., and will report to the Facilities Maintenance Superintendent. Supervises all activities of custodial services on a College-wide basis. TCC’s Exposure Control Plan (ECP) governs the College’s compliance with OSHA standards and is applicable to all employees who have occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.  The College has identified this position as having occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.  At-risk employees, where occupational exposure is reasonably anticipated, will be offered the HBV vaccination at no cost.

Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
