We are seeking an experienced Custodial Manager (3rd Shift) to lead overnight custodial operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility. The Custodial Manager will supervise, train, and direct custodial associates while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence.
In this overnight facilities management role, you will report to and support the Senior Custodial Manager in achieving organizational objectives, client satisfaction goals, and performance expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services, janitorial management, staff supervision, facility maintenance, team leadership, and quality assurance.
