Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations within the timber production facility Machine Shop, Joinery, Paintshop and liaising with Engineering
• Ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage Raw Materials ensuring and maintaining stock levels of high-volume materials.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure optimal workflow and resource utilization.
• Coordinate closely with the Drawing Office, Production Planning Department, and Site Project Managers.
• Managing workflow through the department production line from Machine shop to Joinery to Paint shop
