C&SP (Colocation & Service Provider) Key Account Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth and deepening customer engagement with major colocation, cloud, and service provider accounts. This role owns the end-to-end customer relationship, ensuring alignment with key customers’ data center expansion plans, sustainability objectives, and operational resilience requirements. The Key Account Manager leads business development activities, identifies new opportunities, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver integrated critical infrastructure solutions.
