Overview
Enersense Engineering is looking for an experienced CSA Supervisor to support a major data centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland.
Responsibilities
- Manage coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on site
- Supervise daily site activities and take responsibility for CSA works execution
- Lead site safety in coordination with HSE personnel, including implementation and monitoring of safety requirements
- Oversee quality assurance processes for CSA works in coordination with the project team
- Support planning and sequencing of works with Project Managers, Planners, subcontractors, and consultants
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, monitor progress, manpower, and productivity against programme requirements
