Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor real‑time player activity, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay patterns for suspicious or anomalous behaviour.
- Identify potential abuse scenarios including multi‑accounting, bonus abuse, chargeback fraud, collusion, and botting.
- Conduct detailed investigations using internal tools, blockchain explorers, and third‑party analytics platforms (e.g., Chainalysis).
- Escalate confirmed or high‑risk incidents to relevant stakeholders with detailed evidence packages.
- Monitor player behaviours for indicators of problem gambling, including rapid loss patterns, erratic play, sudden spikes in transactions, or self‑exclusion attempts.
- Apply internal responsible gaming policies and regulatory frameworks related to crypto gaming jurisdictions.
