Role & responsibilities
- Well understanding the operation and maintenance of the crusher plant.
- Well understanding maintenance and process of the crusher plant.
- Able to lead the team includes, technician, foreman and mechanic and for smooth operation and maintenance of the crusher plant.
- Good knowledge in trouble shooting of jaw crusher, grizzly feeder, vibration feeder, cone crusher, VSI, vibration screens, and conveyer gear box.
- The crusher capacity working experience 250-500 TPH highly preferable.
- Well understanding of quality control all the aggregate products, includes sieve analysis, and chemical testing.
- Daily update of the production, dispatch and quality control.
- Maintaining the records of maintenance and life of the liners.
- Inventory management includes spare parts for crusher, consumables for smooth operation.
