Job Description
Eednix is looking for a CRO Specialist who can help e Commerce and D2 C brands improve website conversion rates and customer experience.Responsibilities:- Conduct CRO audits for Shopify websites- Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and GA4- Identify conversion bottlenecks across Homepage, Collection Pages, PDPs, Cart, and Checkout- Create actionable CRO recommendations- Collaborate with performance marketing and design teams- Track and report conversion improvementsRequirements:- Experience with Shopify websites- Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey optimization- Knowledge of GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and A/B testing- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to create clear CRO audit reportsPreferred Experience:- D2 C / Fashion / Lifestyle brands- Experience working with Meta Ads traffic- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Analytics, and Shopify appsRemoteFull-Time / Freelance (depending on experience)If you're passionate about improv...
