Job Description
The CRM Specialist will play a key role in managing optimizing and developing the companys CRM systems to support customer acquisition retention and lifetime value growth . This position works closely with Sales Retention Marketing BI and Product teams ensuring data-driven decision-making and seamless customer journeys.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience in Forex CFD or financial services who enjoys working with data automation and performance metrics
Requirements
Own and manage the CRM system including configuration workflows segmentation automation and upgrades
Ensure CRM stability accuracy and scalability across departments
